Coolang Vita
Coolang Vita is newly developed product by Kliv, Korea. New water filtering device is added to this product, highly concentrated vita filter makes clean water by neutralizing residual chlorine.
PRODUCT INFO
Coolang Vita is not inserted a vita filter in the device. Customers have to choose a vita filter with their own tastes. The vita filter is replacebal and easy to install in the device.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Goods are eligible for a refund up to 14 days after their delivery date.
Goods have to be returned to Cool Wave House in order for the return to be authorized.
SHIPPING INFO
Cool Wave House is not responsible for lost mail due to invalid shipping addresses. You may request insurance for your order/package by Cool Wave House at (213) 675-3412 during operating hours. This must be done prior to your order shipping.
If you believe your packages are at risk of being stolen or lost, we advise using taking all necessary precautions with deliveries. We highly advise signing up for tools and programs available by the shipping couriers such as USPs Informed Delivery, FedEx Delivery Management Application, and UPS My Choice.
Cool Wave House reserves the right to change the shipping method/requested services depending on quantity of ordered items or if the ship-to address is not serviceable by the requested shipping courier.
